Celebratin’ our 10th release, Grooveland Music unleashes some unreleased goodies for your palet and pleasure!!!
The first track of the package had to be a re-rub of our debut release Afrika. And for the job we enlisted UK producer Matt Pond (aka Bittersuite), who had previous work released on Peng and DeepSystem Rec, and recently remixed the worlwide hit One 4 Me by Jonny Montana. Bittersuite’s take on Afrika takes the tune to new heights, turning the original afro-oriented production into a late-night deep-house stormer.
The second mix is courtesy of Julian Bendall, of Bah Samba fame. By blending Carlos Mena’s spiritual vocals over a smooth and laidback groove - in which the marvellous piano keys are the main highlight - Julian created a trully masterpiece of modern house music that even after it’s official release got licensed to several compilations across the globe, including Roger Sanchez’ famous Release Yourself.
